The Operations Blueprint.
A fixed-fee diagnostic for owner-operators who can feel the friction but cannot yet see all of it. We map how your business runs, then hand you a plan for what to fix and in what order.
You will recognize yourself in at least one of these.
- You are an owner-operator, and the business runs on knowledge that mostly lives in your head.
- You have the right tools, but they are partially set up and not talking to each other.
- Your team is scaling, and the systems behind it are not keeping up.
- You have been burned by strategy-only firms that hand over a slide deck and walk away.
A plan you can act on, with or without us.
- 01
A mapped workflow. Your whole operation on one page, the way it actually runs.
- 02
Pain points ranked by time and revenue impact, so you fix what costs you most first.
- 03
A systems build plan that is scoped, priced, and sequenced.
- 04
A clear decision: proceed to a Systems Build with us, or take the plan and execute it independently.
Three steps, no drawn-out engagement.
-
01
Discovery session
A conversation to learn how your business runs, the tools you use, and where the friction is. This is the starting point, no form to fill out, no prep required.
-
02
Mapping
One or more working sessions where we map the workflow end to end and dig into the bottlenecks.
-
03
Delivery
You receive the written Operations Blueprint, and we walk through it together so every recommendation is clear.
What it costs.
The Blueprint is a fixed-fee engagement. We confirm the scope before kickoff, so the number does not move once we begin. No hourly billing, no open-ended meters running in the background. Because every business is different, we set the fee against your specific scope.
What’s next.
The Blueprint is a complete deliverable on its own. The plan is yours to keep, and plenty of clients take it and run. If you do move forward with us, the Systems Build picks up exactly where the Blueprint leaves off. The scope is already defined, so there is no second discovery to pay for and no time lost restating what we already learned.
Map your business.
The first step is a short discovery session to learn where the friction is. From there, we map the rest.
