What it is.
A Systems Build is a scoped, fixed-deliverable implementation. We agree on exactly what gets built before any work starts, then build it, test it, and hand it over. You own all of it: the code, the accounts, the documentation. Nothing about what we build depends on us staying in the room.
Two kinds of build.

How it’s scoped.
For operational systems builds, scope comes out of the Operations Blueprint, where we have already mapped the workflow and priced the work. That is why most operational builds start there. For custom product builds, we scope the product first, then move into development. If you arrive with a clear brief of your own, you can skip the Blueprint and go straight to a scoped Build. Either way, the price holds for the scope we agree on. If the specifications change, or something genuinely unforeseen surfaces, we re-scope and re-price it with you before we carry on.
